The range of an electric motorcycle depends on the capacity of the battery and on the way you drive.
We are offering our motorcycles with a battery of 72 Volt / 20 Ah or with a battery of 72 Volt / 32 Ah. The range of the first battery comes to 50 to 60 km. With the second battery you can cover a distance of 80 to 90 km. In both cases you could drive from one end of Ouagadougou to the other and return.
As usual your style of driving has a a crucial influence on the amount of energy you spend. Driving defensively at lower speed saves energy. If you prefer a racing start at the traffic lights and travel at high speed you consume comparatively more energy.
You can also try to take the shortest possible route. A navigation system can be helpful in this case. We recommend the application OsmAnd which you can install on your telephone. You can let the GPS of the telephone determine your position and you enter your destination (perhaps even as coordinates) - then the software can guide you. Thanks to the USB port of the motor cycle your telephone stays charged.
