Saving with electricity

1000 Francs CFA for fuel.
1000 Francs CFA for petrol

150 Francs CFA for a charge
150 Francs CFA for a charge.

Reduce your expenses for mobility considerably with your electric motorcycle. Your savings will depend on your contract with the electricity supplier, and how much you spend on fuel on a daily basis.

Let's have a look at an example:

Suppose you pay around 102 CFA Francs for 1 kwh.

Charging a 72V / 20Ah battery takes 1440 Watt (1.44kw). The cost for charging the battery is therefore 147 Francs CFA in this example. The cost for a liter of fuel today amounts to 700 Francs CFA.

So if you spend 1000 Francs CFA per day on fuel, you could save more than 850 Francs CFA or 85% of your costs with the electric alternative (if you would charge the motorcycle daily).

Another example:

Suppose you pay 3000 Francs CFA to refuel your motorbike. This allows you to drive 130km and you arrive at a cost of 23 Francs CFA per kilometer. With one charge of the electric motorcycle you can drive 50 km and you will arrive at 3 Francs CFA per kilometer.

850 out of 1000 Francs CFA remain in your pocket.
850 out of 1000 Francs CFA remain in your pocket.

In any case: With the electric motorcycle 850 out of 1000 Francs CFA remain in your pocket.
